Australia’s anti-dumping system assists Australian manufacturers and producers to compete on a level playing field.

The anti-dumping system provides Australian manufacturers with the ability to apply for anti-dumping and/or countervailing duties where they believe they have experienced injury from dumped and/or subsidised goods being imported into Australia.

New Applications

If you are an Australian manufacturer and believe you have experienced injury from dumped or subsidised goods being imported into Australia, you can lodge an application here.

If you are an Australian manufacturer and believe certain activities are occurring with the intention of avoiding or reducing dumping or countervailing duties, you can lodge an application for an anti-circumvention inquiry here.

 

Applications for Continuation

If you are an Australian manufacturer and believe there are reasonable grounds for continuation of a measure, you can lodge an application for a continuation inquiry here.
