What happens when completed?

The Anti-Dumping Commission reports its conclusions and recommendations to the Minister by day 155 of the investigation, or as extended by the Minister. A non-confidential version of the report is placed on the public record after the Minister's decision is announced.

If the outcome of an investigation is the imposition of dumping or countervailing measures, importers of the goods to which the measures apply will be required to pay interim dumping or interim countervailing duties at the time of importation.
