The Anti-Dumping Commission provides a free-of-charge document check, prior to formal lodgement, to assist applicants to ensure that their applications meet the documentary requirements.

How do I lodge an application (Anti-circumvention inquiry)?

If anti-dumping measures have been imposed, a person representing, or representing a portion of, the Australian industry producing like goods may apply for an anti-circumvention inquiry.

An application must:

How do I lodge an application (Anti-circumvention into the avoidance of the intended effect of duty inquiry)?

From 1 January 2014, a new anti-circumvention inquiry into avoidance of the intended effect of duty will be available.
