Pre-lodgement documentation check

The Anti-Dumping Commission provides a free-of-charge document check, prior to formal lodgement, to assist applicants to ensure that their applications meet the documentary requirements.

How do I lodge an application?

There is no application form for an accelerated review. An application must be in writing and contain:

  • Details of the name, street address and postal address, of the applicant seeking the accelerated review;

  • A description of the kind of goods to which the dumping duty notice or countervailing duty notice relates; and

  • A statement of the basis on which the exporter considers that the particular notice is inappropriate so far as the exporter is concerned.

An application, together with the required supporting evidence, should preferably be lodged by email. Alternatively, the application can be lodged by post or fax.
